Welcome to
FORT WAYNE SPORT CLUB
At Fort Wayne Sport Club soccer is more than just a game—it's a celebration of heritage, community, and camaraderie. Nestled on Ardmore Avenue, our home for nearly a century, we continue to honor the legacy of those who came before us.
OUR STORY
In 1927, German immigrants in the local industrial leagues formed the Fort Wayne Sport Club to promote soccer and celebrate their heritage. They started playing in the National Soccer League and soon after, purchased land on Ardmore Avenue, which remains our home nearly 100 years later.
Throughout the 1960s, the Fort Wayne Sport Club became a regional powerhouse, winning state and regional titles across the Midwest. In the 1970s, we welcomed talented local collegiate players and international athletes from Europe, South America, and Latin America, evolving into a truly diverse and multi-national club.
Today, we honor the legacy of the players who came before us, many of whom still support us from the sidelines. We uphold their values of fair play, community, and volunteerism, embracing the diverse cultures represented at our club.
Our games offer more than just great soccer; they foster a sense of togetherness and belonging. Enjoy camaraderie on the field and join us for delicious food and drink in our clubhouse. Experience the excitement: Many Nations, One Language – Soccer.
